Wild duck (mallard), it's what's for lunch!

Marinated in juniper berry spiced rub and Suntory Whisky Toki, pan fried in duck fat, on a bed of garlic fried rice, and fresh cranberry jelly (with sugar, pecan, and pineapple cooked with Bourbon Whiskey).

Sorry, not very good in writing recipes but what you see on the description above is about it, I'm one of those a pinch of this and a pinch of that kind of a cook.

Nice presentation, and good eating. I just finished off some venison steak or I would be eating Duck after seeing your post and all that good eating.

It was awesome! If I have to do it over again, I would cook the leg separately because they do not cook at the same time as I like the breast to be. My dog ended up with legs.
