Marinated overnight in Berbere spice blend (cayenne pepper, smoked sweet paprika, red pepper flakes, fenugreek, clove, ginger, tumeric, cardamom, black pepper, cumin, kosher salt, coriander, cinnamon, allspice), trumpet royale mushroom sauteed in ghee butter, wilted broccoli rabe, and brown rice ... and of course a robust porter to wash to down.

(It appears to be ovecooked but it is not, only cooked 1 min per side)
