who made this brake?

This brake is on my Mcmillan TAC-50 I think is was made by Fischer for McMillan but I can get neither to respond to me.
I want to know its specs, does it work well or should I be considering replacing it?

yes. on my next "get up break" i broke my shoulder two days ago so i try to do all my "stuff" in one break to eliminate extra pain.....LOL. getting it to the table for the picture will be the chore.

I am still in excruciating pain so getting that 52 pound rifle on the dable is prety low priority. but i will get to it.
