I'm trying to load for a 28 Nosler and just ran out of 195 Bergers. I went online and looked at Midway, Graff and Sons, Brownells, Cheaper than Dirt, Sinclair, Midsouth, Natchez, Cabelas, and Euro Optics.....Backordered everywhere. Does anyone know anywhere they are currently in stock that i might be missing??

They are going out of business, and don't have them in stock right now.

Thanks for the link...I just added www.bullets.com to my list of places to search for future needs. Unfortunately the biggest 7mm slugs they have in stock are 150 grain...

Thanks cathead! I appreciate that. I have actually decided to give the 197 Sierra a try as a substitute since these will only be used to shoot steel. My only concern is that they call for a 1 in 7.5 twist or faster and I only have a 1 in 8....I'm also down in Florida where the elevation is basically sea level... Has anyone tried these yet with a 1 in 8 twist barrel??

Looks like Cathead's are accounted for. If anybody else knows of any sites that actually have them in stock, please post!

I would definitely use these for shooting steal with my 7mm SS but am considering hunting with them as well. I've elsewhere on this forum that some people don't like the Berger 195s compared to the 180s as far as it's effect on elk after impact. Anybody else have experience with this?
