Which AR-10 would you buy two choices only!!!

I would like to know which AR-10 you would choose and why??

Two choices:

Daniels Defense AR-10 DDV51 in 308 with 16 inch barrel (8.3 lbs)

vs

Daniels Defense Ambush AR-10 in 308 which has an 18 inch barrel and a camo job (8.6 lbs).

Other than the barrel lengths and weight diff they are identical except the receivers and barrel guards have a kryptec camo finish in the Ambush model.

You would most likely be hunting only with it

I would like opinions as to accuracy due to barrel lengths or resale value due to camo job.

prefer the rifle length gas system if its not over gassed + camo looks good

I am a believer in 16 inch mid length systems myself. They seem to appeal to more people overall, and make great general purpose weapons. If you ever want to sell it you will have a wider market. But really cannot go wrong with either one.

So I went in and looked at both again. The 18 inch barrel just seems to front heavy to me. Of course there is no magazine of ammo or scope on top but it just seemed front heavy. I really want the 18 inch camo version but the 16 inch black rifle just seem to fit me better and balanced well.

I've handled both as well, much prefer the 18" model.
