what's a good METRIC ballistic calculator? really like the G7 but its in yards NOT METERS.

I will be shooting the 7mm rem mag 168gr VLD Berger's

Coldbore 1.0 from Patagonia Ballistics allows english or metric units.

In metric units, input and output are:

Velocity in . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . meters/sec
Drop, Path, Wind Drift, Spin Drift, and Coriolis in cm
Turret click setting in . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .mrad
Sight Height and Zero Height in . . . . . . . . . . . cm
Zero Range in . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .meters
Altitude in . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . meters
Temperature in . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .celsius

I suspect other ballistic programs allow something similar, but this is the only ballistics calculator I use and am familiar with.

Swarovski optik's website has a ballistic program that can be set all metric.

Shooter app for iPhone is pretty good.

Does yards and meters.

I use Ballistic on my iPhone. It will output either units. Ballistic now has a target analysis feature that calculates group size stats from an iPhone picture of the target - very cool.
