I am currently using H1000 in my 7RM. 26" barrel, 180 Hybrid @ 2996fps. Not the fastest, but ridiculously accurate. .1-.2s out to 1000+, .3s out to 1500.

I am also getting really good results, better speed, but not quite as accurate, using RL26. About 75-100fps faster, still in the .3s past 1000. Slowly swapping over to this as I use up my 350 loaded rounds with the H1000. Wring every possible horsepower out of my hunting 7RM.

im just wondering how much capcity is lost due to seating so deep , i will fill til crunch and see what that weighs

Using Retumbo and 7828 SC with 175-180s. With a shorter free bore, RL-26 is denser, so you could probably get good velocity. I would look first to the powders you have. IMR-7977 would also be an option.
