What is "OTM?"

I just learned about the 230 gr Berger Hybrid in 30 cal. Thinking of trying them in my 300 RUM. Just curious what you all mean when writing "OTM."

And, if anyone has any load data on the 230 Berger in 300 RUM, I would appreciate any info.

Start with "Mild" load data for the 240gr SMK and work up.
