BH, IMR4895 has long since been replaced by Varget and a couple others for the .308 Win. Palma load. I doubt anyone uses IMR4895 nowadays that shoots the best scores.
That aside, each time the international Palma matches are fired, everyone uses the same ammo. Over the years, the loads have produced about 1/2 MOA accuracy at 600 yards in all the better made rifles.
