What drill bit for 180 hybrids and 215 hybrids

I've seen different answers but I want to run a small drill bit down 180 7mm Berger hybrids and 215 30 cal Berger hybrids. I've heard .025 and .040. Wanting them to all be open and clear for uniform expansion. Which is it?
