Vortex razor gen 1 vs gen 2 spotter

Any significant differences in the Gen 1 vs Gen 2 glass?

I read on rokslide, but the gen 2 was still pretty new on the market when those threads popped off.

Now that's it's been out awhile, has anyone been able to discern any difference in the optic itself? Anyone able to do a side by side?
Like resolution, maybe color, etc.

-I am aware that Vortex said the gen 2 was better optically. That means nothing to me.

Apologies, but I haven't compared side by side. I am a big fan of the Gen Is though. You can also run swaro eyepieces on them if you like which is a sweet option and makes them even better. Can't do that with Gen II from what I know.

I personally like Gen I best for the fine focus element of it.
