OK guys anyone on here use them? I'm having an issue with my aging eyes. I installed one on my Pedersoli 1874 Sharps and I get what looks like a fuzzy or burr inside the aperture! I ran a pin thru it but its still there. Just for giggles I looked through the aperture with my right eye (I'm a southpaw) and the hole is perfectly clear!
I don't have this issue looking through a Williams or Lyman peep because the holes are bigger. Problem is there isn't enough "meat" on the stem of the aperture to bore it out too much. I did bore the original hole which was .050" up to .062" and it cleared it up some but its still there. Any solutions?
