Can anyone recommend a Smith to blueprint a Weatherby Vanguard action?

No personal experience, but know many a number of folks who swear by his work. Forwarding only because his website specifically addresses Vanguard blueprinting.

Check out Meredith Rifles in north Alabama.
Might not be far from you.
I've seen his rifles. I've heard great reports of accuracy. Top notch.
I don't know if he'll work with Vanguard though.

These actions are not like Rem 700. The 2 I've had built were true and did not need blueprinting. Your money, your choice...

I hope you are our original Brother coming back but if you aren't....you are using a man's handle here that I highly admire and might want to pick a new one to avoid confusion!

Was going to have mine squared and trued. Smith said no reason too. It was as true and square surprisingly. Love my vanguard action. Wish trigger tech would make a trigger for it and maybe more aftermarket support would be great but it's been a great action to build off of. The timmeny trigger is not bad. On its 4th barrel now and about ready for #5. Thought about having it threaded to accept rem barrels but then McGowan started doing the howage thing. Been happy as a pig in ….
