I know the feeling I live here too, I have a bunch of points and have been putting in for years. I think more non residents get it because they not only get more $ for the tags, But they bring in a lot more money to the economy for meals, Lodging, Guides, Equipment etc.

I have my 280AI set up for the 143 and my 7RM with same bullet.
It's a copper only unit in North Kaibab. Elk tags are 1/2 price, any elk. They want them gone.
