Going to be borderline, but I would guess it would.
My 11 twist handles the 200 and 210 VLD's fine, but goes a bit faster than the WM would push them.
I would use a 10 twist if buying a barrel specifically for the 300 WM, but if wanting to try a box of Accubonds I'd go for it. Switch to the 180 if they're unstable.
I have a customer shooting the 200 gr Accubond into sub 3/4 moa groups with a 1-12 twist barrel loaded to 3200 fps. Is this match grade accuracy, no but it holds minute of bull elk out farther they he will ever be shooting.
I would think your twist would handle any flat based bullet easily, the boattails in extreme cold weather or at longer range may be an area to look into.
