Timney Trigger in the Sendero 300WM

I originally had a posting in reloading regarding my new 300 WM Sendero. Move it over to this forum to talk about the new trigger - Timney Elite w/safety.


Got a brand new Remington Sendero in 300 WM and added a muzzle break. Shot 1.5 boxes Hornady factory ammo. Rifle shot under 1/2 moa at 100 yards. When the barrel got real hot, things opened up to over 1.5 moa

Hate the Mark-X trigger. Pull weight varied from 5.0 pounds to 6.5 pounds. Counldn't adjust it any lower. Bought a Timney Elite with safety (8oz to 2.5 pound pull weight). A true drop in installation. Pull weight was a constant 1.0 pounds for the first 12 dry firings. Off to the range this weekend.

Thumbs up to Timney! Anybody need a Mark-X trigger with only 30 rounds fired?

Someone on Ebay will gladly take it. That's were I dump mine. X-marks are not worth the time or metal there made from.
