Your gonna have to have 2 different bolts with that combo

Yea that's one option. Change our bolt and barrell.

Or find a good combo that doesn't require bolt change just barrel. Right ?

You'll need two bolts or bolt heads at the minimum with those two cartridges.

You will certainly save money to stick to cartridges using the same bolt face. I have 4 different SwitchLug setups from West Texas Ordnance, but only one has two bolts for my Tuebor action, a mag and a .308.
