I've got one of these and have had it put up in my closet since last fall. Recently got it out to go do some shooting and realized the battery was dead. Got a new battery looked through it and the thing was stuck on scan mode can't get it to go off. What do I do, how do I get in touch with them to get this fixed do I have to go to a authorized dealer or can I just send it to them to have it fixed.

Thanks,
Nathan

Done it many times. They are great to work with and will take care of you. The buttons failing is something that happens with the Laser guide, I won't say often but I have seen a few do it. Follow these instructions and tell Gail hi for me...lol
