On the advice of a buddy, I just scoped my Surgeon Scalpel with a Blackhound Emerge 3-24X56 Illuminated MOA reticle, and I think I'll be able to wring every millimeter of accuracy out of this .308 Win. I may even consider moving the optic to my Bergara Premier 6.5 CM just to take full advantage of all the adjustments when reaching out past 1000 yards. I don't get many opportunities to do that or even think about it in the 110 deg heat we have been getting in TX. But, it's nice to know I can.

I've looked at these how do you like it so far?
So far, I am thoroughly impressed. Glass is very good, the construction is excellent, and it feels like it is built tough. I have yet to extend the range past 100 yards or turn the knobs, but I will once it cools down outside.
