Here's the headstamp on all of them so far.
I saw others mention Igman Zavod, Konjic in Bosnia & Herzegovina (if that "22" means 2022) as the manufacturer. In the same thread on brianenos, a few posters mention that the lee decapping die has a small enough pin to remove primers.

I saw some 21 and a couple 20's so that makes sense for the year. Have one that has PIN and CB and one that has SAR 20 on it. I'm not mad, I probably have well over 2,000 left after depriming all of the cases that are "normal" flash hole sized. I paid for 2,000 so I am okay even if I don't get these others out.
