Stock choice question

I am looking to replace the plastic stock on my Rem 700 BDL sporter with either a Bell & Carlson Medalist or Hart Accublock. Which would you suggest?

I was actually considering that model but was concerned if there would be any issues with the sporter weight barrel in a bull barrel channel. The rifle will primarily be fired from a bench out to 500yds for deer.
