I am looking to replace the plastic stock on my Rem 700 BDL sporter with either a Bell & Carlson Medalist or Hart Accublock. Which would you suggest?

    Thanks

For the money you are going to find it hard to beat the Stockys Stocks with chassis insert. For example the Stockys Bobby Hart LR special comes clear coated, chassis so no bedding, sling studs, recoil pad. Ready to drop your barreled action in for $297.50

    He has other models also.

I was actually considering that model but was concerned if there would be any issues with the sporter weight barrel in a bull barrel channel. The rifle will primarily be fired from a bench out to 500yds for deer.
