My 7-08 refused to like this powder. And trust me I tried to force it to like it.
Great velocity but that's all I got.
I tried it with 140 and 150 grain bullets and groups were not good.
Your rifle will love it or hate it.
Be warned it will spike in pressure quickly!

What was your load? Am trying it with 90gr eldx but can't find data and am just pulling it from other data sources and making do. Thanks
Concur with Birddog. I tried pushing 140gr Accubonds and Ballistic Tips with StaBall. Great velocity but could not attain acceptable accuracy. I also tried 120gr Ballistic Tips.

44.5gr 2.650 cci200 Hornady brass. Start low and work up.

I had pretty good luck with 7-08 and 140 ttsx and 145 lrx

I've worked up loads with W760, IMR 4350, big game and hunter with 4 different bullets. I couldn't get staball to shoot ballistic tips and I feel that they are one of the easiest bullets to work with.
Others have had success with this powder but for now it's staying on my shelf.

I'm about to experiment with StaBall 6.5 in 708 and 708AI this week. It didn't do good in my 243, and 243AI.
Same as @Slow Hunting, 145gr LRX from a Sako A11 at 2850fps with accuracy.
