Spotting scope

Has anyone had any experience with the maven s1-a spotter? I'm getting a spotter here soon but want to do my research first. What's the best spotter under $2500

When I bought my spotter a couple of years ago that's pretty close to what I paid for it, it's a Swarovski ATX 65mm. I'd still buy a Swarovski if I wanted to spend less, but it might be the A/STS.

On another note, I have a buddy with the Maven 15x56 binos and he loves them.
