I believe the product is good but their website and customer (prospective) support is abysmal. I tried to order and get a couple of questions answered and after 4 days someone responded back and partially answered one of my questions and then would never respond again. I was hoping for a US dealer that could actually answer some questions and stock the accessories. That is my biggest concern. Once I have the bipod and need additional adapters etc that I cannot get them in a timely fashion or shipping will be prohibitively expensive.I got mine for xmas. Not sure where it was ordered from. My brother is friends with the owner so if you can't find what you are looking for he can probably help you out. Just send me a PM if you need some help.
Dennis if you're looking for something tall enough for sitting/kneeling/standing you might want to take a hard look at the Primo's Trigger Sticks Tripod. Much more stability and utility and it doesn't limit you the way a bipod does. The first one is some other brand the other is a British seller that is much higher than their website price. I will have to look at Optics Planet again and see what they have. Schnee's also has the Javelin. Can't find anyone with the Spartan 300
Gotcha. The problem with light and stable is that combination is hard to find and really bites you in the wallet when you do find it.I am looking for a prone only bipod. I am tired of the heavy Harris bipods.
Have you by chance looked at these? They are aluminum and the more I look at them and read up on them the more interesting I find them. The first one is some other brand the other is a British seller that is much higher than their website price. I use Accutac's. They're actually pretty heavy. Otherwise they're rock solid awesomeness but they are pretty weighty.Have you by chance looked at these? They are aluminum and the more I look at them and read up on them the more interesting I find them.
Nightforce has great tracking capabilities, they are rugged, a bunch of elevation, holds zero forever, and reticles are designed for long range shooting. So if you are looking to shoot long distances constantly, then you need a scope that can take the abuse. -- gilmillan1
Nightforce is such a solid combo of reticle, available elevation, glass that is good enough to shoot at the longest range you can dial. Nightforce has bullet proof construction that can handle the incidental horse rolling or some other rodeo action. -- bigngreen
The total package. Nightforce is the best I have used as far as turret feel and solid detents. I have never had one that didn't track right on and always return to zero. Nightforce NXS is the best value for everything I need. -- Broz
