Can I legally ship my reloaded ammo to my outfitter (NY to Idaho)?

You probably can using UPS or Fedex but will have to pay HazMat fee but you need to contact these carriers and ask them to be sure.

Yep. An ORM-D label on the box and then dropping it off at a UPS Customer Center (or hub). It's a pain if there is not an office nearby but it's the only way to do it.

I believe if you have a commercial account with UPS (I do) and have pickup at your place of business plus the applicable labels (ORM D ammunition) to affix to the package, UPS will pick it up so you don't have to drop it off.

Never have but I remember asking about it one time.....
