Sendero Stocks?

I have a sendero 264 and I have noticed that lots of people are taking the stock stock:) off and selling them in the classifieds etc... Why is everyone getting rid of them? Its seems like a descent stock and pretty comfortable. What is everyone replacing them with?

I like the stock as well, and have bought a couple just for backup.

My understanding is a number of people don't like the feel of the pistol grip.
