Seating stem

I am loading the 140 accubond (not LR) in my 6.5 prc. My dies came with both standard and vld stems which would be used for the 140 accubond?

For the "regular" Accubond, probably okay with either. I'd use the 'standard' seater.

For anyone else reading this who MIGHT be using the the AccuBond Long Range, it looks like you should go with the VLD seater on those (per Nosler FAQ page):
"Because of the long ogive and soft nose of the AccuBond® Long Range bullets, standard seating stems in certain dies may leave a ring indentation at the nose after being seated. In some cases, it may even cause rippling in the nose and/or bullet run-out (banana shape) which causes inaccuracy. Forester, Redding and RCBS all provide specially designed seating stems that accommodate long ogive bullets such as the AccuBond® Long Range."

Take a bullet and set it in each stem (outside the die) and see how it sits.

The accubond has a secant ogive so I would be using the VLD seater.
