Seating Depth Question

Do you guys find seating depth for a specific bullet relative to the lands dependent upon powder used, or will one seat depth be best across all powders used? For example: I am working up a load for the Berger 195 EOL from my 7 RM using RL-33 or Retumbo. I am wondering if I need to do a seat depth test for both powders or not.
