Seating depth for 140 gr. SST?

I have found a 140 gr. SST load that works for my Savage 112 LRH. It is grouping .750@100 yds. I have seated these 140 SST @ 2.925 although the chamber is much longer. I believe I can tighten this group even more with seating depth. What is anyone/everyone seating their comparable loads? Thanks for the help. MTG

.020 off the rifling....long as possible as long as it feeds thru the magazine A-OK
