screen jump

anyone else having the screen jump ? when I first load a page the screen will jump down , then back up . it probably moves about half an inch or more . it moves enough I've clicked on the wrong thread because of the jump . almost seems to be doing this along with loading an advertisement . I'm just wondering if it's the forum , or the problem on my end . thanks Jim

It went away for awhile, then started again recently, on my mobile.

on my mobile too-- if you hit the "lightening bolt" at the top right-- when it reloads the page I see the "jump"
