Fading on screen of the text typing box

Right here, its fading for all posts in the last 2 weeks. It's not my screen, or hope its not.....see attached photo. No special characters functions. If I touch it, it works but you have no idea where it is your pointing until then.

Seems to work here without an issue. Are you sure you didn't press the three little dots on the right hand side and turned off BBCODE?

It definitely changes things. Not quite what I remember, but I can live with it! All three of those dot groups have a different sub group of functions. Did not know but must have accidently touched them.
