Scope ring help with 55 moa base

Ok I'm just not sure about this set up.
Just picked up a Vortex Razor 5 x 20 x 50 and I have a Nightforce 55 moa base to be installed what ring or cantilever mount do I need ?
I'm worried about seeing the barrel when cranked up . It has 125 min.of elevation.

My rifle is a Remington 700 action heavy Palma 30 " Kreiger plus brake in 338 Edge.
Should I be worried with the tallest set of Vortex rings ? 1.26 or should I get the Vortex uni mount ? 1.57
I want to run the sun shade also .

I have 45moa of cant on my 308, I don't see my barrel.
A sunshade might be a pain with that much cant, I don't have one on my scope
