Scope mounting torque specifications

Just got a Nikon m308 to mount on a sig 716. What torque should the scope mount to the rail be? What torque should the scope rings be?

I suggest you read the instructions supplied with the rail and the rings or go to the manufacturers website for the torque specification.

Hopefully, you have an inch pound torque wrench and appropriate drive bits as wll as some threadlocker.......???
