Interesting. I'd like to know too.
I see there is a V2 Accustock generation now. I like the more vertical grip angle of that one.
I see they take small shank barrels.
My use case would be a fast firing, red dot, mounted rifle. Maybe LPVO.
300WM/300PRC seems the most powerful cartridge they offer. I should think they would include some more thumper type cartridges like 35 Whelen, or some DG cartridges since they show a video of them fast firing on a charging elephant target. I guess one can rebarrel it to whatever they want though.
I'd like to know if one can keep their head on the cheek piece and action the bolt without lifting the head.

I've got 2 of the Savage Impulse hog hunter rifles in 300win in the safe. They are decent shooters so far.
I've been working with them with a few loads/ powders and 200 eld-x bullets. I already have hundreds of rounds loaded with rl22 and 165 Hornady interlock 165 fb bullets (from my Browning ss lh 300win) though and both seem to shoot the load decently so I'm not really committed at this point.
The bolts use Ball bearings instead of locking lugs. They also don't have quite the camming power to pull brass that's hammered into the chamber from stout loads so keep that in mind. Decent loads where the brass fits to start with will come out fine, but if you try to stuff neck sized brass through it or overload her you might have fun.
As to Brad's asking if you can run the bolt staying on the rifle... if you can with a turn bolt Savage you will be able to here also. I was having to mess around a bit being a lefty on a rh rifle with my son's rifle, and that's why I flipped the bolt on the other rifle.
My eldest son has basically taken over 1 of the Impulse rifles and wants to run it with the 165 load. That rifle seems to have a bit of a tight chamber so I've got a set of small base dies for the ammo for it. That rifle is just under moa with 165's and rl22 with my son shooting.
The other rifle has been converted to lefty (did it in a few minutes after watching the video online) and has been the test mule lately on 200's. I am out of space with v570 and 200eld-x before I REALLY get to speed and uniformity as I can't really seat long. The mag allows around 3.4"; better than some but worse than the m700's and such. Back in August I tossed a .605" 100 yard group with v570 and 200eld-x, but the x on vel seems to be 60 fps or so. It needs more cowbell but I'm out of space.
In September I played a bit with the lh Impulse with wc872 mil-surp powder and 200 eld-x (Norma brass and 215's also). It shot a 1.35" 200 yard group at 80 grains, a .98" 200 yard group with 82 grains, and a 1.145" 200 yard group with 84 grains. I don't have chrono data though...
This spring I'll work with it a bit more with wc872 over the chrono and I'll probably try a bit more v565 to see what I can do with speed/ uniformity as I haven't really seen both be great with v570 even though it shoots well.

Nice review, I'm intrigued by the straight pull bolt. I think it would be a fast gun on hogs!
Nothing is faster than the AR10! That can also be too slow even still! LOL.
I'm doing a mental comparison of my No4MK2 Enfield 303 vs this Impulse and wondering which one I can action faster.
Not being able to seat 300WM beyond 3.4" does that idea in for me. Looks like I'd want the AICS compatible short action 308.

It's the standard Savage metal mag. for bolt rifles. I'm already hamstrung a bit shorter on my Browning than the Savage rifles so the mag. length is of zero importance to me, other than I have to choose a powder that will get to speed and uniform in the available volume. The rl22/ h1000 speed powders are better at doing this in a 300win than v570. I was working with v570 as I have a couple kegs and it seems to work for a lot of guys. I'll just burn the v570 up in my rums and 7stw.
I load to CIP length mags & chamber in my Savage Elite 300WM at 215 hybrid 3.650 COAL with N570, N170, RL25. Always found H1000 to pressure out before attaining the same higher velocities with the mentioned powders. I stopped with N570 due to the tic-tac size kernels & horrible powder dispensing. LOL. RL25 is a banger powder for lower pressure and higher velocity. It's just temp sensitive tho.

I might just try something like Staball hd to see if I can get vel. and uniformity with the 200's. I used to use rl22 and do very well with 200 Sierra bt's in my Browning 300win. That may be another option but I don't want to burn up much of that 1 playing around.
