savage extended box?

I have a new savage semi custom long action with centerfeed box and ill have to single feed unless I can find some kind of extended box. Do any of you know where or if they are made?

Do you mean longer from front to back so you can fit longer round in the mag?

Yes thats what I meant. The box mag stays in the stock when I take it off. So im just wondering if there is a replacement for that or a way to modify it.

I hope im making sense of this to people.

In short, no. There is no part or easy way to lengthen your mag box.

The long answer is you can get longer OAL with some modifications.

You'll need to remove the mag box from the stock. Ditch the "L" bracket. Fabricate a retainer/floor to your centerfeed mag box. Slot the front of the mag box so that the bullets stick out the front. Then figure out a way to fix the mag box to the stock (I've used putty epoxy).
