I have a 1904 vintage 32-40 saddlering carbine--yep, that is a rare one--'cept it has the wrong brass rotary magazine. Does anyone in this great site group know a smith who specializes in 99 Savage guns? Any referrals or ideas will be more than just appreciated. Mint bore gun shoots great as a single shot, but I have Ruger #1's for that !! Bob Adler

I would also like to find a Savage 99 specialist gunsmith. I have .25-35 saddlering carbine that has an internal problem. Fire one shot and the linkage comes apart. I had a local gunsmith work on it. He put it back together and it lasted one shot. Anybody have any updates on a gunsmith?
