sako ring help

i have a sako aV actioned rifle that im planning on putting a vortex viper 4-16x50 30mm....what rings do i need and what height do i need and im NOT looking for the sako optilok, i dont wanna spend that kind of money

I am not sure about the AV but I have a sako 75 and leupold ring mounts are pretty good and they make them for the 75 i assume the AV also
