RRA AR 15 Varmint

Today I was presented with a smoking deal on a brand new RRA 15 in .223 with the 24" barrel. Quite honestly I haven't shot an AR in many years so, I need some help. I can get either 1:8 or 1:12 twist. My plan is to shoot bullets in the 50-60 gr weights. Which twist should I get?

1:8 and your going to love that rifle, I have one of the first ones with 1:9

I have a RRA 1:8 20in barrel shoots 55 bergers

Get a 1:8 I have the RRA Predator series in a 1:8 and shoot 69's out of it and it is deadly.
