I'm looking into some burris signature xtr rings to mount a z5 5-25x52. I like the idea of adjusting the scope cant for max moa
Adjustment.
Anyone used these rings?
And what ring height are guys using for this objective size, I'm hoping that either 1" or 1.25" height will work.

They are awesome rings. My brother has them on his 338 Lapua, no problem at all even on them hard kicking rifle. Generally a 1" height should handle a 50mm bell when on top of a rail, unless you have a really short scope where the objective is near or over the end of the rail.

Thanks for the feedback that's great to hear.
I'll start with 1" height and go from there.
Did you get a chance to see how light the rings were?

Didn't weight them, but they are built for strength, definitely heavier than something like a Talley one piece.

Yeah I called burris and unfortunately they are 6.6 ounces, over twice the weight of Talleys
