I have a Swarovski Z5 5-25x52 BT rifle scope. It is my understanding that the scope has 43moa of vertical adjustment. However, in checking the travel I noticed the following:

1. The scope is limited to about one revolution of adjustment
2. That one revelation, from very bottom to the top has 49, 1/4moa clicks. That would equate to about 12moa of maximum adjustment.

What am I missing here?

Maybe its 43 moa from bottomed out to max height, I dont think it means 43 from your rifles zero.
sorry didn't understand you tried that already. i have the same scope and didn't experience the same problem with only getting one rotation. i would test it out but don't want to mess with my zero that is dead on.

Non-BT models have turrets that will go stop to stop 43" @ 100 yds for elevation. (43x4=172 clicks)

With the turret apart using the tool that scope will do the same, but with the turret together you get 53 1/4" @ 100 yds clicks for 13.25" @ 100 yds.

Make sure you use "SMOA" in your calculator or your dials will be short. 1/4" @ 100 yds is not 1/4 MOA.
