Ring/base options?

Starting to build a custom rifle parts list and I would like to know what my options are. The action will be the new gunwerks action chambered in 28 nosler with a proof barrel. Hoping to keep the weight to 10 lbs or a little less.
20 moa base is what I'm after.
What would be my besr options as far as weight savings vs quality parts?

When it comes to a base , I go straight to a one piece rail from Badger or Nightforce. For rings, I like Vortex or Seekins precision rings due to the reasonable price and lack of a large nut on the side

Fisherman983, I have to agree with WeiserBucks! Nightforce 20 moa rail, paired with Seekins/Vortex PMR rings, I love this combo!!!!! Idaho-5R

DNZ Game Reaper makes a great lightweight one piece mount with a 20 moa cant
I've got one on my Rem 700 28 Nosler and I'm very impressed with it.
Weighs just over 3 ounces I believe.
