Remington has 5 star customer service

I bought a Versa-max. It shot four inches to the right at 16 yards. Called Remington customer service. They diagnosed the problem over the phone. The vent rib was not straight. They called UPS and had them pick up the barrel. Ten days later I have the new barrel and my Versa-max shoots great.
