Remington 700 TI

I have acquired a 700TI in 300 wsm. The box says TI Lightweight and the rifle has a 24 inch fluted barrel. I believe the stock is B&C. Can anyone tell me when this rifle would have been manufactured and what it's worth? The serial number starts with TT. Thank you.

New ones are $1100-1300 depending on how much tour store marks them up.

Don't have a clue about value or mfg year.
