I have a brand new Remington 700 long action (receiver, bolt and trigger), to install a Remage barrel it's better to have the action trued or not? The threads of the barrel will still be good in a trued action?

Do not allow the smith to "oversize" the threads on truing.
It does get a little weird if the threads are not true to the rest of the action. All depends on manufacturing. As I understand it, some years or date ranges are better than others.
