Rem 700 vs Custom actions

I know the custom actions based off a rem 700 are much nicer and require no truing and what not but based on a cost perspective whats a better bang for your buck?

I've read on 6mmbr that the stiller predator action is just a bit more money than a trued rem 700 but with the stiller do you get bottom metal or a trigger?

I only ever see expensive bottom metal. Anyone know where one could get some less expensive bottom metal?

If you post exactly what kind of trigger and metal you are looking for on here and on benchrest.com you will probably get a good deal. There are so many 700's that get turned into single shots with jewel triggers that the other parts are fairly cheap.
