Reloading the 270 Ackley Improved

I have some basic questions on reloading tools for the 270 Ackley Improved. Can you use your regular 270 Win Bullet seater out of a FL die set to seat the bullets on a 270AI? Also what brand of dies are the best to use for the 270AI. Thanks guys!

For question #1, if you mean the seater die, no, but the seater than you can screw out, yes.

I would invest in the Redding Comp Bushing dies, but I think you will have to have the body die reamed out to AI specs. I cannot find a 270AI in MidSouth's catalog.

I should clarify my question, to reload for the 270AI do I need a Bullet seating die specifically for the 270AI or will a standard 270Win bullet seating die (which I already have) Work? What about the Redding and RCBS dies that are made for the 270AI are they anygood? Thanks again

No, the seating die for a 270 Win won't clear the shoulder and blown out body.
