What powder measure are you suggesting?

I'm suggesting that NO mechanical powder measure has a lot of application when loading rifle ammo.

Sorry to hear of your dispensing problem. Possibly a static problem? Clumping?

The general solution is an electronic machine like an RCBS ChargeMaster Combo. Of course, there are trade-offs there too, not the least of which is expense.

Thanks for all the great advise guys. I placed an order for abc's of reloading. I'll give that a read and then go from there.
