I'll admit to being a bit biased here, but Lapua Brass coupled with Lapua Scenar bullets (250s or 300s), and N170, N165, Retumbo or H1000 powders. Start with Fed 215 primers, and assemble the components with either Redding or Forster match dies, and you're off to a great start.
