Redding neck gauge

Google the product from Redding. That will give instructions.
All it is is a neck micrometer to measure neck wall thickness. On theirs, you have to insert a cal diameter mandrel. Zero the gauge, then put a case on the mandrel. Rotate the case to get the thickness and variation. A plain neck micrometer is much simpler to use (Sinclair's).

I use a Mitutoyo Ball Micrometer for measuring my neck wall thickness. Best in the business in my experience.
All of my engine building mics are Mitutoyo.

Cheers.

Thank you. I finally figured it out. Haven't used it in years.
